MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  A low maintenance plant.  Moderate water needs, properly drained soils is a must to avoid root rot.  Mulch helps to keep roots from drying out. Keep away from drip lines of the walnut family. Acidify soils as needed (PH range of 5 to 6.5) Can use sulfur or iron sulfate to lower ph, and lime or limestone to raise PH. Southern climates with excessive humidity are more prone to powdery mildew, twig blights, and rust. .  Cold winters may freeze the flower buds and reduce bloom come spring, and leaves may experience winter burn.

LANDSCAPE USES:  Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Woodland Gardens, Wildlife Gardens, Naturalized Areas, Foundational Plantings, Hedges, and Containers.

Hydrating and smoothing
I have very finicky skin that breaks out in little white heads, mainly around my nose, mouth and chin, with a lot of products. I recently discovered that my skin reacts best to AHA products, but I have never tried a retinol. So I saw this and decided to get it. I did a patch test on my inner elbow and had no reaction to it, so I used it under my chin and then onto my full face. I probably haven’t been using it long enough to see full effects, but I do like it so far. It’s a thicker cream, but absorbs very well. It leaves my skin hydrated and when I wake up in the morning my skin does feel very smooth. It hasn’t caused any irritation or burning, so I think it’s very gentle. I don’t notice a huge difference in fine lines yet, but it’s only been 5 days that I’ve been using it. It does seem to minimize them a bit, but it could just be the moisturizing or a placebo effect. I think only time will tell! But the skin smoothness is nice. It does seem to minimize pimple redness and get them to go away faster. The applicator is small, which I like, so you can dispense only the amount you need.

An Absolute NEED In My Skincare Routine!!

These are an absolute need in my skincare routine! I use them to remove oil-based and water-based cleansers and to remove masks. And I use them to dry my face and then to dry my hands in between products. They are very good quality and very soft. They are also thick and very durable. They have a smoother side and a textured side for very gentle exfoliation. I notice my face is more clear from using these as opposed to my microfiber washcloths. They’re fragrance-free and don’t really have a scent, maybe a very light, practically unnoticeable, bamboo scent. I think it’s a very good deal to get 50 XL disposable face towels for $17. I was using these for months and then didn’t use them for a few months and yeah huge difference in my skin, which is why I bought them again and will continue to. It’s also great not having to wash them lol! I also love the new magnetic lid closure and the new design of the box, you can now have your face towels fully covered and sealed without having to buy a separate box with lid to put them in. Although their prism holographic box is so cute and pretty, and their prism box is $20 cheaper on Amazon!
